Who we are
CF Patisserie ('we') runs this online store. We decide why and how your personal data is used when you order from us.
What we collect
The details you give when you order or create an account: your name, mobile number, email (if given), delivery address, and what you order. We also use a small cookie so your cart and login work.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to run our loyalty points, and — only if you tick the box — to send you order updates on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
Only people who need it to complete your order, such as a delivery partner. Our store software is provided by OrdersDuck, which handles your data only on our instructions to run this store.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account or we need it for your orders, accounts and the law; then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw a consent you gave, at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or 9004239420. We will reply within 30 days.
